Compare
Compared by mechanism, not by feature count.
Anyone can write a table where they win every row. These pages are built the other way round: what overlaps, where the other tool is the better buy, and the narrow place the difference is real — each claim pointing at the page it came from.

Comparisons
Vendlen and Scale Insights
Both automate an Amazon Ads account by rule, and the rule families are close to identical. The difference is one layer up: whether the arithmetic is something you compose or something the tool already carries.
Checked against their Features page, 28 August 2026; their pricing page, 19 September 2026
Vendlen and Teikametrics
The closest peer here: a specialist that starts at a flat $149 a month for sellers under $10,000 of monthly ad spend, then adds 3% of everything above it.

Vendlen and Sellerboard
A profit dashboard, not an advertising tool. It answers what a product earned after Amazon took its cut; Vendlen answers that and then acts on the advertising behind it. Most readers weighing these two are deciding whether one subscription can replace two.
Checked against their pricing page, 19 September 2026
Vendlen and Helium 10
Not the same purchase. A suite of roughly fifteen tools across research, listing, operations and advertising, against one workspace for advertising decisions. Most people weighing these two should keep the suite; the question is what to add on the ads side, not what to cancel.

Vendlen and Jungle Scout
Their own plan comparison marks PPC management, bid optimization, dayparting, rules automation and DSP management as unavailable on the Catalyst plans. Advertising automation lives in Cobalt, which is for $1M+ brands and has a qualification process.

Vendlen and Xnurta
A retail media platform running Amazon, Walmart and Criteo, with DSP and AMC. Their entry plan is $750 a month or 3% of ad spend. Different scope and a different buyer, and the pricing model is the clearest contrast on this shelf.

The landscape
Most of these are not for the same person.
The honest answer to "which Amazon Ads tool" usually starts with who you are. Four tiers, every figure read off the vendor's own public pricing on 28 August 2026, except where a row carries its own date.
Profit and operations, not advertising
Bought for the figure rather than the decision. A seller running one of these is usually shopping for what acts on the number, not for a replacement.
Vendlen
Profit Intelligence sits under the advertising decision rather than beside it. Analytics Only is $59 a month, read-only on Amazon Ads.
A profit dashboard billed on orders a month, covering Amazon, Shopify and Walmart.
Specialists, for a seller running their own account
The same buyer as Vendlen. Advertising is the product rather than a module, and the entry price is set for one seller rather than a portfolio.
Vendlen
From $79 a month in seventeen published steps on ad spend, or $59 on Analytics Only, read-only on Amazon Ads. No share of spend.
200+ parameters and unlimited rule-stacking, composed by you. Per-ASIN tiers, plus a 1% unlimited-ASIN plan arranged direct. Read 19 September 2026.
$149 a month up to $10,000 of ad spend, then 3% above it.
Sellozo, Ad Badger, BidX
Also in this tier. No page here yet.
Suites, where advertising is one module
Bought for research, listings and operations. Whether the advertising module is any good is a separate question from whether the suite is.
Rules-based advertising on the Diamond plan, plus a 2% managed spend fee.
Their plan comparison marks PPC management unavailable on Catalyst; it is a Cobalt feature.
Retail media platforms, for brands and agencies
Built to run many accounts across several retailers, usually with DSP and AMC. If you manage client accounts or advertise beyond Amazon, this row is where to look — and Vendlen is not in it.
$750 a month or 3% of ad spend; Amazon, Walmart and Criteo.
Perpetua, Pacvue, Quartile, Intentwise
Same tier, entry prices in the hundreds a month and up. No page here: a comparison would be about features Vendlen deliberately does not have.
A pattern worth naming
Four of them bill a share of your ad spend.
Put in one column it reads as a market habit rather than a quirk of whichever tool you happened to open. What differs is the rate, and whether it replaces the subscription or sits on top of it.
Each vendor's own pricing page: the first three on 28 August 2026, Scale Insights on 19 September 2026. Percentages move and tiers are restructured — check yours before you model anything on these.
How these are written
The rules this shelf holds itself to.
Published rather than kept internal, because a reader weighing a vendor's comparison of itself should be able to see the constraints it accepted.
The axis, not their headline
A bundled headline price is not comparable — a fifteen-tool suite against an ads specialist is not the same purchase — so these pages lead with what each bill follows: a share of spend, automated ASINs, orders a month. A number appears only where the number is the axis — a flat fee up to a threshold, a percentage above it. That is the part that resolves against your own account, and every page links their pricing so you take it from them.
Sourced and dated
Every claim about another product names the public page it came from and the day it was read. A silence on their page is marked as a silence, never as a no.
Where they win, first
Every page carries the cases where the other tool is the better buy, in its own section. A comparison that wins every row is an advertisement wearing a table.
Mechanism, not verdict
These pages compare how each tool works, not which is better. That is the part that stays true, and it is the part you can check.
The reasoning is the product.
Read a Decision Brief against the account you already run, and apply it when you agree with it.
