Analytics Only is priced on your monthly Amazon revenue, the ad spend ladder on your monthly ad spend.

Each band on the Ads ladder covers an amount of monthly Amazon ad spend, and the figure shown on a band is the most it covers. Analytics Only is a separate ladder placed on monthly Amazon revenue instead, because it is priced on the size of the business it reports on rather than on the spend it manages.

Yes, and it is bought separately rather than by moving band. It sets how far back an Automation rule may read — it does not change how much history you can look at in reports. Automation Window 120 extends it to 120 days for $29 per month or Automation Window 180 extends it to 180 days for $99 per month.

Your band is measured against your own figures and moves up at your next renewal, never mid-period. Where a payment provider bills your subscription we email you before it happens, and that notice names the date you will be charged — cancel before that date and the renewal never collects. If your figures fall instead, we tell you and leave the choice to you: a lower step carries fewer seats and a shorter Automation Window, so we do not move anyone down without asking.

It cannot be: the bands are contiguous, so every amount sits inside exactly one of them. A figure above one band’s ceiling is inside the next band’s.

No. Quarterly is 10% off monthly, and that is the only discount.

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for, and access continues until that period ends. Read the cancellation policy.

Payments are generally non-refundable. Where a payment provider bills your subscription, it considers refund requests submitted within 14 calendar days of the transaction date, and may approve a full refund, a partial refund, or none. The law may give you a separate or longer right. The refund policy and the Terms set out the rest between them. Read the refund policy.

Amazon-derived data is permanently deleted within 25 days after the Amazon connection is disconnected or authorization is revoked. We handle that data under Amazon’s policies for what we are permitted to access. The Privacy Policy carries the full retention terms.
