Ads Manager

The screen where a change is decided.

Performance for every campaign, ad group and target, the queries behind the cost, and the actions that change them, all reading the seller profile you are working in.

Every applied change is recorded with its type and source

One workspace, one seller context.

Every tab reads the seller profile, date range and products you are working in, so the numbers that explain a decision and the decision itself belong to the same business.

Acting from the table

The row you are reading is the row you change.

Nothing here asks you to find the same campaign again in Seller Central. Select the rows that are wrong, choose what to do, and it goes to the account or to review.

Performance

Select rows, then act on them together.

Search terms

The query itself, and what you do about it.

  • Search terms and single words

    • Add negation
    • Remove negation

Products and Ads type carry no direct action. They are aggregate views: they add rows up rather than describe one thing you could change, and the grain you can act on is the grain the change belongs to.

One way out of the selection

Apply now. The change goes to the Amazon Ads account you connected, and the account record keeps what the value was and who changed it.

There is no second route out of a bulk selection. Acting here is acting on what is already in front of you; a proposal you read before deciding is what AI Analyst writes, in its own tab and off its own evidence.

Three ways to say what the new value is

  • Set a valueReplace what is there. A bid becomes exactly this.
  • Add an amountMove it by a fixed amount, in dollars or percentage points.
  • Move by a percentageChange it relative to what it already is, which is the default for bids and budgets.

A percentage move is what you want on a bulk edit: two hundred keywords do not share one correct bid, but they can share one correct direction.

What each tab is for.

Campaign creation lives next door

Building new campaigns is a separate workspace, because creating something does not use the filters this review surface depends on.

Rules are inspected in Automation

When a change came from a rule, Automation is where that rule, its criteria, and its runs can be read.

Automation

Ads analytics

Every ad, target and query in one place.

Amazon spreads one decision across campaigns, ad groups, keywords, placements and audiences. This is the workspace where you read all of it together, select what you mean, and change it in one action.

One selection, one action, applied straight to Amazon. Every dialog states the scope first.

All three ad products, and the queries behind them.

Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display are read in the same workspace. Search terms are collected for Products and for Brands, video and image included, and audience data comes from Amazon Marketing Cloud.

The block you did not know about

Which of your targets are already blocked.

A negative sitting on the ad group quietly stops a keyword you are still paying attention to. Each target says whether it is partially or fully blocked, and by which negative.

Removing them tells you the blast radius first.

  • This negative affects 6 of your 50 selected rows
  • 331 phrase negatives also reach search terms outside the selection

Before you change 50 bids

The ceiling, stated before you cross it.

A bid is not what Amazon can charge. Placement, audience and dynamic bidding lift it. The dialog shows the highest that bid can reach after the change, and warns when a row crosses the line you would not have chosen.

And you can look back further than a rule does.

Automation judges inside the Data Window you gave it, and a Decision Brief names the window it read. Here you choose the range yourself, week by week or aggregated, and go looking at what neither of them was told to see.

Illustration — names, ASINs and figures are invented. The controls and the two warnings are the ones the product shows.

Open your first Decision Brief.

Connect an Amazon Ads account to a seller profile, then open AI Analyst to see each action with its evidence.
